One With Car (1W/car) is operated by Fowler Ventures LLC. By using our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our published store policies, subject to applicable law.

Products and availability
We offer a curated selection of automotive parts and related merchandise. Many products are fulfilled directly by independent distributors or manufacturers. Product availability, specifications, pricing, and shipping estimates may change. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate listings but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Orders and pricing
We reserve the right to verify orders, correct genuine listing errors, and decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or material pricing errors, to the extent permitted by law. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund for the cancelled merchandise and applicable charges. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted for fulfillment.

Payment verification and fraud prevention
Orders may be subject to payment, identity, billing, and shipping-address verification. We may contact customers to request additional information or cancel orders when we cannot satisfactorily verify a transaction. We may restrict shipment to verified addresses or decline requests to redirect shipments after an order is placed. We will not request a customer's complete payment-card number by email.

Product compatibility and installation
Customers should review product descriptions, application notes, and compatibility information before purchasing. Contact us if you need help confirming fitment. Aftermarket parts may alter vehicle handling, comfort, noise, maintenance requirements, emissions compliance, or warranty coverage. Professional installation and appropriate inspection are recommended for safety-critical components. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Motorsport and off-road products
Certain products may be intended exclusively for competition or off-road use and may not be legal for public-road use. Customers are responsible for confirming applicable legal requirements and intended-use restrictions before purchase and installation. Any applicable product-specific restrictions will be disclosed in the listing.

Shipping, returns, and warranties
Our published Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy apply to eligible orders. Manufacturer warranties, when offered, are governed by their applicable terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Our website's original text, photography, logos, and other proprietary content may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions, delivery delays, or improper product installation or use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this website and will not retroactively remove rights that apply to completed purchases.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and mandatory jurisdictional requirements.
